The Library Trustees make and enforce rules, regulations and bylaws necessary for the administration, government, and protection of the public library except for the power delegated to the personnel office.
The Benicia Library has developed a Long Range Plan for services up to 2010. Check and see the plan.
Two Meeting Rooms are available for public use on a first come, first serve basis, when not reserved by the Library and/or recognized departments of the City of Benicia for official business. These rooms are available only for meetings of a civic, cultural and/or educational nature.
