The After-School Zone happens Monday through Thursday, when school is in session, from 3:15 to 5:00 p.m. The After-School Zone is a free place for kids age 8 - 19 to drop in. It’s a place to study, play video games, have a snack, and visit with friends. Start: 4:00 pm

Tails-n-Tales is a program where children from grades 1 through 5 can come and read to a dog individually. Since each child gets 15 minutes alone with the dog, you will need to sign up at the Customer Service Desk. Start: 5:00 pm

The computer classes offered in our Computer Lab are structured to help learners build their English skills. Hands-on support and great computer software that promotes learning is provided. Tutor support is encouraged and welcomed. Start: 6:00 pm

Friends members only pre-sale - On the Thursday evening before the monthly book sale there is a pre sale for members of the Friends in the Library basement from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Membership is available at the door. Start: 7:00 pm

The Mystery Book Club - Meets in the Dona Benicia Room the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm. Read the book and join in the discussion. This month they will be discussing "To the Letter" by Jeff Daniels. Jeff Daniels will be here to discuss the book. | ||
