Art Gallery Committee

The Art Gallery Committee is a subcommittee of the Library Board and it meets the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Edna Clyne Room except during the summer. The meetings are open to all.

Committee Opening

The Art Gallery Advisory Committee for the Marilyn Citron O'Rourke Gallery at the Benicia Public Library is currently accepting letters of interest to serve on the committee.  The committee will review letters at the November 2011 meeting.

Meetings are held at 7 pm on the third Monday of each month, typically excluding June, July, August and December.  The committee votes on exhibit submissions in the fall and each committee member serves as a liaison for 1-2 exhibits annually.

Along with your letter of interest, please answer the following questions on a separate page:

1.  Please note your most recent community or civic volunteer experience;

2. Please describe any applicable experience/training;

3. What interests you about this committee?
