Family Storytime takes place on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. It’s a time for children age 4 to 8 and their families to enjoy the Library together! Do a fun craft, and then join a children’s librarian as she shares great books, songs, and more. The program is free, and no registration is needed.

The Junior Kids’ Book Club is for kids in 2nd and 3rd grades (starting Fall of 2008). Meetings are the 4th Tuesday of each month at 3:30 p.m. Books for the next month’s read are handed out at the meeting or are at the Reference Desk after the meeting. This month we will be reading "Freckle Juice" by Judy Blume.

This Book Club if for students in the 6th thru 8th grades (in the Fall). This month they will be discussing "City of Ember" by Jeanne DuPrau. Come pick up and read the book before the club meeting and then join in the discussion.

Tails-n-Tales is a program where children from grades 1 through 5 can come and read to a dog individually. Since each child gets 15 minutes alone with the dog, you will need to sign up at the Customer Service Desk.
