Special Kids' Events
Occasionally, we have special events for kids at the Library. We'll be doing two this spring - one in March, and one in April - so watch this space for details!
Summer Reading Program events:
New gaming blog for kids and teens!
We have created a blog about all of the video game events at the Library. We did this so people who come to After-School Zone or the summer gaming afternoons (Thursdays from June 11th to August 13th, 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.) would have a place to see reminders of upcoming events and to comment on game-related news.
Tails-n-Tales
Tails-n-Tales is a program where children from grades 1 through 5 can come and read to a dog individually. Since each child gets 15 minutes alone with the dog, you will need to sign up at the Customer Service Desk.

After-School Zone
The After-School Zone happens Monday through Thursday, when school is in session, from 3:15 to 5:00 p.m. The After-School Zone is a free place for kids age 8 - 19 to drop in. It’s a place to study, play video games, have a snack, and visit with friends.
